Candidate Selection Methodology (CSM) is a system of related processes that produce candidates who will fit into the culture of your organization and have the knowledge, skills and motivation to be successful in it. Diversity Leaders prepares a customized Success Template for each hire. Through a combination of interviewing, formal testing, background review, and organizational auditing, 14-point profiles are developed for both the candidate and the position. Matching profiles yield the right candidates.

CANDIDATE SCREENING PROCESS

Initial Screening
Usually telephonic, obtains basic candidate information (i.e. brief history and request of resume, performance reports, college transcripts, and any other pertinent materials).

Follow-up Screening
After careful review of initial screening documents, a career screening form is thoroughly completed by all candidates. The screening form and an in-depth discussion are designed to determine candidate's interests, skills, and career goals.

Personal Screening
Categorically the most important screening. Face-to-face interaction with candidates is critical in determining true individual profile. Conducted at regional job fairs, satellite offices, or distance permitting, at the CEM headquarters in Willow Grove, PA. This is where we use a scientific selection instrument called CSM that involves the hiring organization as well as the candidates.

Reference Review
When a client company expresses interest, a reference review is released on each candidate. These reviews obtain valuable character information from previous superiors, peers, and subordinates.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We take a detailed position template and then search for candidates that will match the criteria set forth by the employer. This process can be done telephonically, via email or in a personal meeting. Our recruitment team will start working you assignment immediately and will turn around candidates within 72 hours for your review.
