WHAT TO EXPECT

We match candidates attending our conference to your job orders. You can typically interview 8-12 people in that period. Your interviews are held in a suite environment to ensure a professional setting for interviews.

The Agenda for employers is as follows:

Wednesday

  • Check in Wednesday afternoon or evening with DiversityLeaders Operations Room to let them know you have arrived
  • Resumes and itineraries are delivered on Wednesday evening

Thursday - 8:00am

  • Interviews kick off
  • Lunch compliments of DiversityLeaders
  • Interviews commence
  • Conference debriefs

Monday or Tuesday

  • Call from Account Manager to schedule
