  • Paid as follows:
    • 1/3 to start the search
    • 1/3 after 60 days

  • Fee structure:
    • $ 19.5k Retainer required to start search

    • 5th hire $ 8.0k
    • 6th hire $ 7.5k
    • $7.5k for remaining 24 months after first hire
