Every military experience is directly (through technical training and experience) and indirectly (leadership, dedicatation, loyalty, communication skills, and attention to detail) transferable to the civilian job market.

Our Market: Military Personnel

     Military Leaders specializes in the placement of former military personnel into the civilian job market. Our candidates have been placed in various fields, such as Management, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, and Information Technology.

Referral Process

     Military Leaders places its candidates into the civilian job market through the use of referrals. As one of our candidates, you will be afforded interviews with our corporate clients in one or more of the following ways:

1. Career Conferences - These conferences are a way by which multiple companies are brought together and candidates interview with three to five different companies. This is the best way for Candidates and Employers to meet.
2. Special Recruiting Event - This type of event is also be offered to our corporate clients when they have a minimum of 5 openings. They contact us to schedule this with us with at least 3-4 weeks advanced notice.
3. Direct Referral - This method is used to refer candidates outside of the Career Conference setting. This allows for flexibility in meeting the company and candidate needs.

Guidance and Counseling

     During your screening and evaluation, we will closely review various transition tools such as your resumé, interviewing skills, and business appearance/presence. If necessary, we will recommend and discuss appropriate revisions and/or changes to your techniques.
